AI Buy & Sell Strength Zones™ is a Buy and Sell Zones Indicator for TradingView that automatically studies confirmed historical turning points, builds an active Buy Strength Zone and Sell Strength Zone, scores the structural strength of each area, counts independent price reactions and organises the key information in a simple dashboard.
How does this Buy Sell trading Indicator find its zones?
The engine stores confirmed historical pivot lows and highs, measures the quality of the reaction around each turning point and groups nearby price levels into independent reaction clusters. It then selects the strongest practical Buy-side and Sell-side structure while filtering contradictory, failed or stale levels.
What does the Buy Zone mean?
The Buy Strength Zone is an automatically selected area built from confirmed historical low-side reaction structure. It highlights a price region where buyers previously produced meaningful reactions. Traders can use it as a potential area to watch for another reaction.
What does the Sell Zone mean?
The Sell Strength Zone is built from confirmed historical high-side reaction structure. It highlights a price region where sellers previously pushed price away. It can be used as a potential area to watch for selling pressure or rejection, while the live Strength score helps you compare the evidence behind the active Sell area.
What does the zone Strength percentage mean?
The displayed percentage is a normalized structural-strength score from 0–99. It combines factors such as independent reaction episodes, reaction quality, freshness, how tightly the evidence clusters and how long the structure has existed. It is not an accuracy percentage, win rate or probability of profit.
What do WEAK, MODERATE, STRONG and VERY STRONG mean?
These are simple labels attached to the live structural Strength score. Below 40 is WEAK, 40–59 is MODERATE, 60–79 is STRONG and 80+ is VERY STRONG. They make the underlying score easier to read quickly.
Does it show how many times price has reacted to a zone?
Yes. Each active zone can display PRICE REACTIONS and the dashboard separately shows BUY REACTIONS and SELL REACTIONS. The engine counts independent confirmed reaction episodes rather than counting every candle inside a choppy visit as another touch, which helps keep the reaction number meaningful.
What does the dashboard show?
The dashboard shows the active Sell Zone strength, Buy Zone strength, Market Trend, Price Location, Nearest Zone and separate Buy / Sell reaction counts. Price Location can show states such as IN BUY ZONE, IN SELL ZONE, NEAR BUY ZONE, NEAR SELL ZONE, BETWEEN ZONES or SEARCHING.
How does the Nearest Zone feature work?
The dashboard measures the distance from current price to the active Buy and Sell areas, identifies which one is closer and displays BUY or SELL together with the approximate percentage distance. That makes it easy to see which zone price is approaching without measuring the chart manually.

Is this the same as a basic support and resistance indicator?
