VIP Algos Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for using VIP Algos, including access, payments, refunds, subscriptions, educational tools, TradingView indicators, risk responsibilities, account rules, intellectual property, limitations of liability and important legal notices.

Trading and investing involve risk. VIP Algos provides educational TradingView indicators, charting tools, visual alerts, market-structure tools, tutorials and learning resources only. VIP Algos does not provide financial advice, personal recommendations, brokerage, account management, trade execution or any guarantee of profit, returns, accuracy or results.

1. Agreement To These Terms

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, joining, using or interacting with VIP Algos, including our website, checkout pages, TradingView indicators, educational material, support channels, communities, emails, downloads, dashboards, tutorials or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase, access or use VIP Algos. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer and any checkout terms displayed at the time of purchase.

If there is a conflict between a checkout-specific payment term and these Terms, the checkout-specific term may apply to that purchase only, unless prohibited by law.

2. What VIP Algos Provides

VIP Algos provides educational software tools and chart-analysis resources, including TradingView indicators, visual alerts, market-structure tools, tutorials, setup instructions, educational content, community support and related learning materials.

VIP Algos is designed to help users review charts, learn technical analysis concepts and organise market analysis more clearly. VIP Algos is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, account manager, custodian, signal service for personalised advice, or trade-execution service.

3. Eligibility And Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country or region. You must not use VIP Algos if doing so would be unlawful where you live or where you access the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login details, checkout email, TradingView username, community access and account information accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your access credentials.

4. Educational Content Only — No Financial Advice

VIP Algos content is provided for educational, informational and general chart-analysis purposes only. Nothing on our website, inside our tools, in our communities, in our emails, in our support messages, in our tutorials, in our alerts, in our dashboards, in our examples or in any related material is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice or a personal recommendation.

We do not know your personal financial circumstances, income, savings, debts, risk tolerance, experience, objectives, legal restrictions, tax position or investment needs. Because of this, nothing we provide should be treated as personalised advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, invest in or avoid any market, asset, instrument, security, currency, commodity, contract, derivative, index, fund, cryptoasset or other product.

You should make your own independent decisions and seek advice from an appropriately qualified and regulated professional before making financial decisions.

5. Trading Risk

Trading and investing involve risk and may result in losses, including loss of all capital placed at risk. Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Losses may occur because of volatility, leverage, spreads, slippage, liquidity, execution delays, platform outages, broker issues, news events, user error, emotional decision-making, overtrading or poor risk management.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own risk management, position sizing, trade decisions, stop-loss decisions, broker selection, tax position, research and compliance with local laws.

6. No Profit Guarantee

VIP Algos does not guarantee profits, income, returns, account growth, accuracy, win rate, funded-account success, signal success, loss prevention or any trading outcome.

Any examples, screenshots, backtests, historical examples, chart examples, educational demonstrations, alert examples, projections, case studies or community examples are for education and product demonstration only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Indicators, Alerts And Technical Tools

VIP Algos indicators, alerts, dashboards and visual chart tools are not instructions to trade. They are not guaranteed signals and are not a substitute for your own judgement, research and risk management.

Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, interrupted, blocked by third-party services or not delivered at all. You are responsible for checking your own chart settings, alert settings, broker conditions, market data and trading decisions.

8. AI, Algorithms And Market Logic

References to AI, algorithms, smart filters, market-structure tools, automation, multi-timeframe analysis or chart logic describe software features and educational chart-analysis methods. They do not mean that VIP Algos can predict the future, remove trading risk, guarantee market direction or produce certain trading outcomes.

Technical tools can lag, repaint, conflict with other tools, behave differently across symbols or timeframes, and fail during unusual market conditions.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, Billing And Refunds

Prices, plans, promotions, discounts, features and access levels may be displayed on our checkout pages and may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price for that purchase, subject to any applicable taxes, fees or payment processor charges.

If you purchase a monthly plan, you authorise recurring billing until cancelled. Monthly members can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments unless the payment is eligible under the refund policy.

VIP Algos includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests can be made directly through ClickBank order lookup page. Refund eligibility applies within the 7-day refund period unless different terms are clearly stated at checkout.

10. Access Delivery And Setup

After purchase, access instructions may be delivered by email, checkout confirmation, members area, TradingView invite, community link or support message. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and TradingView username where required.

TradingView access may require manual approval, correct username submission or third-party platform availability. Delivery times may vary because of technical issues, payment processor delays, incorrect user details, platform changes or support volume.

11. Lifetime Access

If a plan is described as lifetime access, it means access for the lifetime of the VIP Algos product/service in its commercially available form, subject to these Terms, fair use, third-party platform availability, technical feasibility and lawful operation.

Lifetime access does not mean lifetime access to every future product, separate service, third-party platform, unrelated upgrade, private coaching, custom development or feature that is not included in the purchased plan.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VIP Algos lawfully, responsibly and only for your own personal or authorised business learning purposes. You must not misuse VIP Algos, interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, abuse support, harass other members, or use VIP Algos in a way that harms the business, users, systems, reputation or third-party platforms.

You must not share, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, leak, publish, copy, record, scrape, reverse engineer, clone, decompile, modify, reproduce, impersonate, rebrand or commercially exploit VIP Algos tools, indicators, code, scripts, dashboards, educational materials, communities or private content unless we give written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these Terms, abused the service, shared access, attempted unauthorised use, violated community rules, made chargeback abuse, misused intellectual property, or created legal, technical or security risk.

13. Intellectual Property

VIP Algos, including the brand, website design, logo, copy, indicators, scripts, dashboards, educational content, videos, manuals, graphics, examples, systems, methods, naming, layouts and related materials, is owned by VIP Algos or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the relevant VIP Algos materials for your own permitted use. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

14. Community And Support Rules

VIP Algos may provide support channels, communities, chat groups, tutorials or member areas. These are provided for educational and support purposes only. Community posts and member messages are not financial advice and should not be relied on as trading recommendations.

We may remove content or restrict access where users post spam, abuse, illegal content, misleading claims, unauthorised promotions, offensive material, financial advice, profit guarantees or content that creates risk for VIP Algos or other users.

15. TradingView And Third-Party Platforms

VIP Algos tools may be designed for use with TradingView or other third-party platforms. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. TradingView has no affiliation with VIP Algos and does not sponsor, endorse, approve or take responsibility for VIP Algos products or services.

Third-party platforms may change their terms, pricing, data feeds, features, account rules, indicator limits, alert limits, access requirements or technical functionality at any time. VIP Algos is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, bugs, data issues, pricing changes or account limitations.

16. Market Data And Accuracy

Market data may come from exchanges, brokers, TradingView, data providers or other third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, adjusted, rounded differently or different between platforms.

Indicator outputs and chart calculations can vary depending on symbol, timeframe, data source, exchange feed, session settings, platform settings, candle construction, spreads, commissions, liquidity and other factors.

17. Testimonials, Reviews And User Content

Testimonials, reviews, ratings, screenshots, messages, community comments, user examples and case studies may reflect individual experiences only. They are not guarantees that you will have the same experience or achieve similar results.

By submitting feedback, testimonials, screenshots or comments to VIP Algos, you allow us to use, edit, display and share that content for support, marketing, product improvement or educational purposes, unless you clearly ask us not to and we confirm removal where practical.

18. Affiliates And Promotions

VIP Algos may use affiliates, partners, referral links or promotional campaigns. Affiliates are independent third parties and are not authorised to provide financial advice, make profit guarantees, promise returns, misrepresent VIP Algos or make unlawful claims.

Any discount, bonus, coupon or promotion may be changed, withdrawn or limited at any time unless prohibited by law. Promotional terms apply only as clearly stated at the time of the offer.

19. Regulatory Status And Jurisdiction Restrictions

VIP Algos is an educational software and chart-tool provider. Unless expressly stated in writing, VIP Algos is not authorised, licensed, registered or regulated as a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, commodity trading adviser, investment manager, portfolio manager, payment institution, bank or regulated financial services firm.

VIP Algos does not accept deposits, hold client money, custody assets, place trades, route orders, arrange trades, manage accounts, provide brokerage services, provide dealing services or monitor your trading activity.

If any VIP Algos content is treated as a financial promotion, investment advertisement or similar communication in your jurisdiction, it is intended only to be communicated where lawful and only to the extent permitted by applicable rules. You are responsible for checking whether access to VIP Algos and trading any market is lawful in your country or region.

UK/FCA note: VIP Algos does not provide FCA-regulated investment advice, personal recommendations, dealing, arranging, discretionary management or custody services. UK users should not treat VIP Algos content as an FCA-approved personal recommendation.

20. Taxes And Local Laws

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations or legal requirements that apply to your purchase, use of VIP Algos, trading activity or financial decisions. VIP Algos does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

21. Service Availability And Changes

VIP Algos may update, modify, improve, remove, replace, pause or discontinue features, indicators, pages, content, support channels or services at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

Access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, cyber incidents, third-party outages, platform changes, legal requirements or business changes.

22. Privacy, Data And Communications

VIP Algos respects customer privacy and only asks for information that is reasonably needed to process orders, deliver access, provide support, manage customer communication and improve the customer experience.

This may include details such as your name, email address, order details, TradingView username, support messages, communication preferences and basic website or usage information.

Payments, billing, subscription management, refund requests and certain purchase-related support may be processed through ClickBank and/or other approved payment providers. VIP Algos does not store your full payment card details on its own website.

We may use trusted third-party services for website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, access management and product communication. These services are used only where reasonably needed to operate VIP Algos, deliver products, support customers and maintain the website.

We may contact you about your order, product access, billing, account support, service updates, policy changes, educational content or promotional offers where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided, although we may still send important order, access, billing or service-related messages.

23. No Warranties

VIP Algos is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that VIP Algos will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, suitable for your needs, compatible with all platforms, available permanently, or free from bugs, delays, inaccuracies or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

24. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Algos is not responsible for trading losses, investment losses, missed profits, account losses, lost opportunities, business interruption, data loss, platform issues, broker issues, tax consequences, third-party claims, automation errors, user decisions, emotional trading or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim connected with VIP Algos will not exceed the amount you paid to VIP Algos for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by law.

25. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold VIP Algos harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of VIP Algos, unlawful activity, unauthorised sharing, infringement of intellectual property, trading decisions, third-party platform use or violation of applicable laws.

26. Termination Or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, share access, reverse engineer tools, abuse support, violate community rules, make unlawful claims, create security risk, initiate abusive disputes or chargebacks, or use VIP Algos in a way that may harm users, platforms or VIP Algos.

Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions.

27. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, refund request or cancellation request, please use ClickBank order lookup or contact us first at contact@vipalgos.com. We aim to resolve genuine order issues fairly and quickly.

Fraudulent, abusive or false chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of access and evidence being provided to the payment processor.

28. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and commercially reasonable way.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

29. Changes To These Terms

VIP Algos may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, website changes, payment changes, legal developments, platform changes or business changes. The version displayed on this page is the version that applies when you view it, unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of VIP Algos after updates means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using VIP Algos and contact us about your account.
